"Even in the darkest night, the smallest light can guide us home"

Abbie Maberry is a wife, mother, Mammaw, business owner, and the kind of friend who shows up before you even know you need someone. Her heart has always been wired for compassion; but five years ago, everything changed.

While celebrating the life of Isaac, Light Work 316 Inc.’s very first warrior, Abbie felt the undeniable pull toward her true calling. Standing beside a family in the midst of heartbreak, she realized this wasn’t just a moment, it was a mission; A mission to bring hope into places that feel impossibly dark. A mission to shoulder the weight families carry. A mission to make sure no child, parent, or sibling walks through illness or loss without someone holding the light beside them.

What began as one brave child’s legacy has grown into a lifeline for countless families, and Abbie has been at the center of that growth every step of the way.

Her passion is personal. Her devotion is relentless. And her heart for others is the reason Light Work 316 continues to expand, serve, and shine brighter every year.
